Board of Directors

The FACDL Board of Directors manages the business and affairs of the Association. Composition of the Board of Directors includes (1) the Executive Committee which is composed of the elected officers, (President, President Elect, etc.) and the Executive Director, who is an ex-officio member; (2) Twelve Directors at Large, elected by and representing members statewide, and who serve rotating three-year terms; (3) Chapter Representatives, who are elected by and represent the individual chapters of the Association; (4) All Past Presidents of the Association.
