The Annual Meeting is our yearly meeting of the FACDL membership. We provide current topics of interest with outstanding speakers for CLE credit, plus we elect our officers, present awards and have opportunities for networking. We meet at Florida’s finest resorts, and encourage our members to bring their families. Annual Meetings are Florida Bar approved for CLE credit, and these credits count toward certification.

    AS OF 07/01/2015: ALL COURSE MATERIALS WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL TO BE DOWNLOADED. IT IS UP TO THE ATTENDEE TO OBTAIN AND DOWNLOAD THESE MATERIALS. THERE WILL BE NO PHYSICAL COPIES GIVEN OUT ONSITE.

    To make hotel reservations, you must REGISTER first. You will be sent a unique code to reserve your room. Once you receive your code, call reservations at 855/388-0537.

     

    TO MAKE HOTEL RESERVATIONS: 

    FACDL has reserved a block of hotel rooms at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan for people who have registered and paid to attend the seminar and/or the social events. These rooms are for attendees ONLY. All others will be charged regular Eau Palm Beach room rates.

     

    Procedure for reserving rooms at the FACDL group rate:

     

    • Before you make your hotel room reservation, you must register to attend the seminar and/or the socials events. Payment must be received by FACDL before you can make your room reservation.
    • To register for the seminar and/or the social events, go to www.facdl.org and click on “FACDL’s 30th Annual Meeting” under “Upcoming Events” or “CLE” at the top of the page. You may also fax or email the registration form in The Defender or the downloadable form directly from the registration page.
    • When FACDL receives your payment for registration, you will be emailed a link to Eau Palm Beach reservations and a unique code to reserve your room directly with the hotel.
    • Each person who registers may reserve one Suite and one Run of Resort Guest Room OR two Run of  Resort Guest Rooms.
    • Please note there are a LIMITED number of suites available at the FACDL group rate.

     

    In summary, if you have not registered or paid for attending either the seminar and/or social events for the 30th Annual Meeting, the FACDL group code will not be validated for your hotel room reservation. This means you will pay regular Eau Palm Beach room or suite rates.

    Refund Policy

    Tuition refund less a $25.00 administrative fee will be made for cancellation received in writing by May 15, 2017. NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE AFTER THIS TIME.
