Blood Breath & Tears XXIII moved to a comprehensive one day seminar covering all aspects of DUI defense. The morning session was presented in one room featuring topics that apply to everyone including a DUI case law update, an important criminal law practice professionalism requirement, and a View From the Bench. After lunch two break out sessions were set up; one for those newer to DUI defense, and the other for the more advanced DUI defense practitioner. Both groups featured experienced faculty from across the state.
